The Carolina Panthers have the lowest salary cap of any NFC Team.  The Panthers have to use their draft picks in year two to build around the 2012 NFL Draft.  Only Oakland and Pittsburgh are worse than the Carolina Panthers in cap room.

Carolina Panthers head coach Ron Rivera has tough decisions to make when deciding which players to resign.  The Panthers will have to cut some players with expiring contracts to stay have cap room with the cap limit.Ca
