Boston Celtics Paul Pierce Continues Push For Improvements: Maybe He Should Start With Himself

I preface this article with the following information. Paul Pierce is easily one of my favorite Celtics of all time. The man can score with the best of them. He has also always played tough. No one gets hammered more than Paul Pierce and gets less calls. However, I have an issue. My issue is simple. Pierce should be working on his game instead of trying to “help” Danny Ainge do his job. Now do not get me wrong, a player should want to see his team get better. Pierce’s recent comment that the team needs one more player to be complete is true. The Boston Celtics definitely need a wing player with the loss of Tony Allen. My issue is why pressure Ainge? Ainge has addressed every need thus far in this free agency.
