That’s right I said it. Steve Nash is the best point guard in the NBA. I can hear the collective groans of disapproval from here but put the Haterade down for a minute while I tell you why. Hopefully at the end of this dissertation you will join me at the altar of Nash greatness. While Steve Nash is usually one of the smallest men on the court he plays bigger than anyone on the floor. Even now at 36 Steve Nash is a perpetual offense machine. All you have to do is look at the numbers. Steve Nash has been in the league for 14 years. Nash is a back-to-back league MVP, winning the honor in 2004-2005 and the 2005-2006 seasons. He followed that up by placing second in 2006-2007, narrowly missing a three-peat as league MVP.
