Dragic leads Slovenian team at FIBA

Hedo Turkoglu is not the only Suns player making noise at the 2010 FIBA World Championships. Steve Nash’s understudy, Goran Dragic, is leading his team to the head of the class in Group B. Unfortunately for Slovenia, Team USA is also in Group B. While Team USA is 5-0, the Slovenians are sitting in second at 4-1, their only loss coming to Team USA. In his second full season with the Suns, Dragic has shown vast improvement and more confidence in himself and his skills than he did in his rookie season. Dragic led Phoenix’s second unit with authority and often was instrumental in turning a deficit into a lead while the starters rested.
