Boston Celtics Nate Robinson Looking To Be The Leader Off The Bench

Last season Nate Robinson was in basketball purgatory in New York. The coach did not want him. I still have a hard time understanding why. Nate is a microwave offense like shooter. Last I checked I never met a guy with those qualifications that Mike D’Antoni did not like. Mike benched him and finally set him free with a trade to Boston at the dead line.             Nate was happy to be in Boston and playing for a winner. All was not rosy after that. Nate would lose his spot in the rotation before the playoffs due to less than stellar play. His shot was not there as he struggled to fit into Boston’s system. Granted Nate had zero training camp and was playing a position (point guard) that is impossible to truly learn in the short amount of time he was given. Nate could have cried...
