A Look At New York Knicks’ Tim Hardaway Jr. For the Upcoming Season

The New York Knicks had a great basketball team last year despite not making it to the Eastern Conference Finals or anything like that. With that said, it will be tough for incoming rookies to receive a whole lot of playing time, but don’t count out Tim Hardaway Jr. just yet.

Hardaway Jr. is at the perfect height (6’6”) to be a shooting guard in the NBA. Luckily, to go along with that perfect height, Hardaway Jr. has a very good shot.

In this past season with the Michigan Wolverines, Hardaway Jr. managed to shoot 43.7 percent from the field and 37.4 percent from behind the arc, which resulted in 73 made three-pointers.

He is not going to blow anyone away with his defense, but he is very capable of putting up some points. With that said, it will be interesting to see how much playing time he will get in the upcoming season. Like I said earlier, New York is a very good team and it will challenge once again for an NBA title.

The only problem is the fact that the Miami Heat stand in the Knicks’ way and the East is set to be much better this season.

If players like Hardaway Jr. can help out the team right away, New York could be just as good or better.

Whether the case, Hardaway Jr. is a very talented player and he could be one of the best shooting guards in the NBA with some time. Although that is a bold statement, it is true. He helped lead his Wolverines to the national championship game and he is a great scorer no matter what level he is playing at.

In time that will become apparent.
