The 5 Worst Celebrity Fans in the NBA

Celebrities can carry reputations of being hard to please, high maintenance, and falsely enthusiastic. Celebrity NBA fans? All of the above. Long time New York Knicks fan Spike Lee recently skipped a game in London, saying, "We've lost 16 motherfu----ing games in a row! ... I can take a cab to watch them lose!" Ouch. Here are 5 more celebs that don't really do their team any favors.

Lil' Wayne

After growing up in New Orleans, rapper Lil' Wayne has every right to be a Pelicans fan, but he doesn't exercise that right. In fact, he'll support anyone who gives him courtside seats. When teams won't give him tickets, though, Lil' Wayne gets pissy on Twitter and pretends he's been banned. He also publicly claimed he slept with the wife of NBA star Chris Bosh. Not cool, Wayne.

Comedian Lopez may be a huge Lakers fan, but that doesn't stop him from constantly talking to TMZ about NBA issues - from shortening the length of games to Prokhorov's alleged decision to sell the Brooklyn Nets .It's one thing to complain to your friends, it's quite another to tell it to an audience on national television.

Cuban's been the bad boy owner of the Dallas Mavericks ever since he came into the league. He sits at the end of the bench, so clearly he's a major fan, too. With tweets taking shots at the refs like “Im sorry NBA fans. Ive tried for 13 yrs to fix the officiating in this league and I have failed miserably. Any Suggestions ?”, it's clear why he's the most-fined owner in NBA history.

It sounds crazy, but Buffett's been getting into trouble for his in-game antics for years. He's a Miami Heat season-ticket holder and back in 2001, he was the first celebrity fan ever kicked out of a game. Buffett reportedly was upset with a call and yelled “Hey Joe, why don't you call the f---ing foul?!?” Minutes later, he was escorted from the arena. He's just a swear-worder in paradise.

It's not fair for Jared to be on this list. He only makes the cut because he's the best the Indiana Pacers can do in terms of celebrity fans. Seriously. Search for “celebrity Pacers fan” and the only other option that comes up is the guy that played “Jimmy Chitwood” in Hoosiers. That's so sad/funny/terrible/wonderful. Sorry, Jared. It's not you, it's the entire state of Indiana.
