Dion Waiters has had an up and down campaign for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Just as was the case in Cleveland, Waiters has struggled to find consistency. Sometimes he plays like an All-Star, and other times it appears like he's only on the court in the physical form as boneheaded errors pile up. This video is a perfect example of the latter.
