The Miami Heat are always a major player in free agency, and this summer will be no different. They will be at the forefront of the Kevin Durant sweepstakes as Dwyane Wade enters another round of contract negotiations. As their roster continues to age, the Heat will have major decisions to make about how best to take the next step towards being championship contenders again. These are five players who won’t be around next season.
5. Josh McRoberts
Getty ImagesMcRoberts is capable of being much better than he's been during his time in Miami. He's been handicapped by injuries and hasn't shot the ball well during the rare appearances he's made.
4. Luol Deng

Deng had a great month of February (16.2 PPG, 8.3 RPG) which has continued into March (14.3 PPG, 7.8 RPG), but he's not the player he once was. Miami will look to upgrade and get younger on the wing alongside Dwyane Wade.
3. Amar'e Stoudemire
Getty ImagesThis could be Amar'e Stoudemire's last year in the league. The 35-year-old injury-prone forward has given the Heat good minutes off the bench in what could be his swansong.
2. Gerald Green

Getty ImagesWhiteside has been the NBA's most dominant defensive player and will be looking to cash in big in free agency. The Heat have max-money spent on Chris Bosh, plus they have to pay Dwyane Wade again and it's certain they'll chase after Kevin Durant. Whiteside will go to another team that's willing to shell out the big bucks.
