In case you’ve been sleeping under a rock for the last few months, in which case I applaud you, former Los Angeles Lakers teammates Matt Barnes and Derek Fisher have a pretty intense beef with each other. Fisher has been messing around with Barnes’ ex-wife Gloria Govan for a while now and Barnes understandably doesn’t approve. In fact, the two got into a physical altercation in the offseason which led to Barnes getting suspended for two games by the NBA.
Despite the suspension, Barnes hasn’t stopped his public feuding with Fisher. After the whole D’Angelo Russell secretly videotaping Nick Young admitting to cheating on Iggy Azalea situation, Barnes posted this to his Instagram account.
Apparently, Fisher didn’t find that as funny as the rest of us did as Barnes took to Twitter Thursday night to let everyone know that he was contacted by some lawyers.
I got an interesting phone call 2day from a lawyer.. Basically what I was told is.. If I don’t stop “being mean” to a certain person “cont”
