The Orlando Magic were unable to make the postseason once again, but they did have some positives this year. Their young core continues to get better, and they have plenty of money to spend this offseason. The Magic still need to find a star player, but they should compete for a playoff spot next season.

There is a lot of young talent on this team, and they have the potential to get much better. The Magic are hoping that they can take another step next season and make the playoffs, and how their youth develops will play a huge part.
4. Moving Tobias Harris

Harris is a good player, but he was becoming an odd fit for the team on the court. Moving his contract creates more playing time for other players to step up.
3. Victor Oladipo

Oladipo is an improving player who should continue to get better. He is a solid defender, and is expanding his game on the offensive side. If he can become more consistent from the outside, then he could be one of the better shooting guards in a few years.
2. Aaron Gordon

Gordon makes the most of his playing time by giving it his all and doing all of the little things to help his team. He can rebound, defend and finish around the rim, but he needs to develop a more well-rounded offensive game. If he does, then the sky is the limit for him.

Vucevic is arguably the team’s best offensive player, and he's a double-double threat every night. He can score in a variety of ways around the basket, and the team may have enough athleticism around him to mask his defensive deficiencies.
