It’s hard to make sense of LeBron James’ behavior sometimes, and this shirt via Kingdom Apparel Inc. is even more difficult to comprehend. Beyond failing at math, this really just makes the so-called King and his faithful followers look petty. See for yourself:

Never before has a team won 73 games, so the sheer arrogance to say that 23 is greater than 73 is an absolute joke in and of itself. It’s impossible to proclaim something which cannot be proven. That’s math 101.
And another thing: What’s the motivation to put something like this out there if you truly want to win an NBA title this season and dethrone the Golden State Warriors? I mean, last season the Cleveland Cavaliers were truly outclassed in the NBA Finals. And sure, they were without two key pieces in Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love, but last year’s Warriors team won just 59 regular-season games.
If Cleveland wants a little math lesson, that makes this year’s Warriors team 14 games better than the version from 2014-15 which won the title. No doubt this Cavaliers team is better as well, going from 53 wins a year ago to 57 in 2015-16, but that pales in comparison to a team that already has a banner in the rafters.
But what takes this ridiculous 23 greater than 73 claim to the next level of delusional is the description from the Kingdom Apparel website:
All season long, the talk around the league has been all about that team out West. 73 wins in the regular season is the most ever-a great accomplishment.
But here in Ohio, we’ve got a number of our own: 23! Cleveland is ready to win this post-season! “In Northeast Ohio, nothing is given. Everything is earned.” Show off your Cleveland pride with this shirt that says it all. “Greatness is defined in June” Cheer on the city as Cleveland fights for greatness this June.
Good luck with your math, Cleveland. Just don’t be surprised if 23 equals zero championships when his second go-round with the Cavs is all said and done.
