Oklahoma City Thunder small forward Kevin Durant has uncharacteristically been playing dirty basketball thus far in this series with the Dallas Mavericks. Late in the fourth quarter of Game 4, Durant was ejected after he absolutely clobbered Justin Anderson as he was going up for a bucket in the paint.

The Thunder held on to win, but Durant undoubtedly put his team at risk of losing with his selfish behavior. Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle called Durant out earlier in the series for being an instigator, and it’s fair to assume he’ll be doing the same after this outrageous action. For what it’s worth, Durant is said to have sought out Anderson to apologize after the game.
