Let’s be honest: Everyone knew there was no way the 2017 NBA Slam Dunk Contest was going to be able to come close to replicating the magic (pun kinda intended) that Aaron Gordon and Zach LaVine generated last year.
Not only did the 2017 contest pale in comparison to 2016, it was pretty darn boring in general and is being called one of the worst of all time.

However, there were a few exciting moments. Check out the insane reverse slam over three people (including his teammate Paul George, a cheerleader, and a mascot) that winner Glenn Robinson III of the Indiana Pacers pulled off to solidify his victory.
