Manu Ginobili Hilariously Fails To Intentionally Miss Late Free Throw

The San Antonio Spurs were down by three points with 2.5 seconds to go against the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday night when Manu Ginobili was asked to intentionally miss his second free throw attempt.

Sadly, things didn’t go quite as they were planned.

Somehow, Ginobili, 39, accidentally managed to drain the shot off glass to give Portland possession with a two-point lead.

Ginobili’s Spurs teammates on the bench were incredibly saddened by his mistake, and the Trail Blazers held on to cement a 110-106 victory.
