The New York Knicks and Amare Stoudemire have supposedly agreed to a five year deal worth somewhere around $100 million. Stoudemire is a five time all-star and is revered as an explosive low post scorer. By signing him, the Knicks have a little more leverage to get guys such as LeBron James or Dwyane Wade. [...]

Steve Kerr is no longer the general manager of the Phoenix Suns. He is going to do what most players turn coach or general manager do, commentate games.

What if, he only did this for a year and decided he wanted an office job in the NBA once again? Honestly, he [...]

Assistant head coach and defensive guru Tom Thibodeau has been a hot item for many of the vacant head coaching positions, which include the Chicago Bulls, New Jersey Nets, and the New Orleans Hornets. The Hornets recently filled their position by naming Monty Williams their new head coach which left it between the up-and-coming Bulls [...]

Phil Jackson and John Calipari blatantly said no to the head coaching job in Chicago.  This isn’t surprising to Chicago fans.
Lets face it, no one thought Jackson was going to come back to Chicago. It would have been a great story line and a moment to celebrate at the local pub for all Bulls fans of age, but [...]

My friends at Big Dead Side Bar have an interesting point about John Calipari being the next Bulls head coach. I just don’t know if I like the college to NBA transition.Â
John Calipari is a winning college coach. He took Memphis to the NCAA championship game two seasons ago and this season he caoched John Wall and [...]

The Chicago Bulls are finally back in the playoff tree, well for now. The Bulls bone stomped the Toronto Raptors 104-88 to steal the eighth and final spot in the playoffs from the Raptors.
This is great. the bad part is, the Bulls now have to rely on the Raptors to lose their last two games [...]

The Chicago Bulls beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 109-108 last night, to tie the Toronto Raptors for the final spot in the playoffs.
This win is huge for the Bulls. They need all the momentum they could get, a win against a Cavs team without Lebron is a great place to start. LBJ [...]

The Chicago Bulls are fighting for a spot in the playoffs. To my surprise, they are playing like it.
Usually, most teams quit when they ship players away for expiring contracts showing the world they’re more focused on next year than this year.
The nucleus of the Bulls are still showing up on the court in [...]

Erin Redmond from larrybrownsports.com took a stab at the Bull’s record and their chance of making the playoffs. He blames the playoff system and doesn’t see why the Bulls should be in the post season with a “crappy” record. I think we need to quit blaming systems and realize this is how the cookie crumbles.

The Bulls beat the Detroit Pistons 110-103 in Detroit. This win gave Chicago the season sweep against their central division rival. The last time the Bulls swept Detroit was 14 seasons ago when a men like Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen were wearing the black and red jerseys.
Chicago led the entire game. [...]
