Memphis head coach Josh Pastner is making quick work on the class of 2013.

On Tuesday morning, the Tigers landed their fourth commitment from the senior class as Kuran Iverson verbally pledged to Pastner and Memphis.

Iverson, who stands at 6-foot-8, has incredible size and skill on the wing, and has widely been considered amongst the top prospects from the class of 2013 for a number of years now.

ESPN lists Iverson at No. 27 overall, while Rivals pins him at No. 24.

Iverson is an original native of Connecticut, but the forward currently attends the Fishburne Military School (Va.). In addition to their latest pledge, Pastner has already secured the verbal commitments of fellow top-100 recruits, Nick King, Markel Crawford and RaShawn Powell.

Memphis is set to make the move to the Big East Conference following this season, so all four of their recent commits will be a part of the Tigers’ inaugural season. Given the talent that is already committed, Pastner’s squad will be looking like a legitimate threat right from the get-go.

In his early days at the high school level, Iverson was considered a top-5 prospect, but an up-and-down sophomore season dropped him in the rankings of many major media outlets. Regardless, his talent and upside is undeniable and his potential at the next level should speak for himself beginning next season.

Iverson chose the Tigers over Florida, while a number of other high-major programs were also involved throughout his recruitment.
