It should come as no secret: The Virginia Cavaliers are the most complete team in college basketball.

Coach Tony Bennett has the Cavaliers playing at an extremely high level, and Justin Anderson has proven to be one of the most versatile players in the country. Anderson is averaging 14.9 PPG, 4.8 RPG and 1.9 APG. He is also shooting an impressive 53.6 percent from the field and 56.3 percent from the three-point line. Although Anderson has been sensational, the Cavaliers have displayed the importance of playing team basketball.

Virginia has many players on its team who can score consistently, including Malcolm Brogdon, Anthony Gill, Mike Tobey, Darion Atkins and London Perrantes. Every night when Virginia plays, one of these players will have a big night, which takes a lot of pressure off everyone else. If Anderson has a tough night, then Brogdon or Atkins can pick up the slack, or vice versa for many other players.

In recent years, the team under coach Bennett has been known as a tremendous defensive team, but along with being a great defensive team, the Cavaliers have made a name for themselves as a strong offensive team.

The Cavaliers have responded to every task so far this season and the team has overcome adversity in tough conference games early in league play. Even though the Cavaliers might not go undefeated in conference play, the team has a very good chance of being a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament.

On Jan. 31, the Cavaliers face the Duke Blue Devils. This game will be a huge test for both teams, but in the end the Cavaliers will show why they are one of the best teams in the country.

Virginia is the best team in the ACC right now, and the team is playing the best basketball in the country.
