TV Schedule: Wednesday, Dec. 2, 6:00 p.m. ET, CBSSN

The Butler Bulldogs will take their 4-1 record on the road to play the Cincinnati Bearcats on Wednesday.
Butler’s one loss came against the Miami Hurricanes. As for Cincinnati, it enters this clash with a perfect record and even has the No. 17 ranking in the country to go along with that. The Bearcats haven’t had the toughest schedule in college hoops this season, but they do hold a win against the Nebraska Cornhuskers (that has to count for something, doesn’t it?). Cincy also has a win over the George Washington Colonials.
George Washington has victories against the Virginia Cavaliers and Tennessee Volunteers.
If fans are looking for some star power and high scoring, look no further than Butler’s Kellen Dunham. Dunham (aka a scoring machine) is averaging 21.2 points per game on the year.
The Bearcats don’t exactly have as lethal of a scorer as Dunham, but they are averaging over 80 points per game early on in the 2015-16 season. Also, it is their defense that everyone should be worried about, as it is only giving up 54.6 points per game. Meanwhile, the Bulldogs are putting up a whopping 95 PPG.
Of course, the season is still early, both teams have plenty of tough competition left and those averages are bound to change … a lot.
In college hoops, sometimes all a team needs is an elite scorer, which is why I am going with Dunham and the Bulldogs on the road.
PREDICTION: Bulldogs 65, Bearcats 60
