For the first time in 78 years, the Northwestern Wildcats are headed to the NCAA Tournament.
Former Duke assistant coach Chris Collins led the Wildcats to a 23-11 record which was good enough for the No. 8 seed in the West Region and a date with No. 9 seed Vanderbilt in the first round.
