Rutgers will travel to Michigan State this weekend for the second-to-last game of the year and one in which the Scarlet Knights will be huge underdogs. Michigan State has been excited to introduce Rutgers to the Big Ten all season long and they might just give them a rude introduction on Saturday afternoon.

Let's take a look at five bold predictions for this Big Ten battle.

It's been about a month since Cook had his last solid game -- what I mean by solid is completing more than 60 percent of his passes. In his last three games, Cook has completed 55, 54 and 45 percent of his passes, respectively, while the offense hasn't been quite as potent. This is the game in which Cook will break out once again and complete 70 percent of his passes for 350 yards.

Michigan State's secondary has been hearing it all season long how they're overrated and shouldn't be considered elite anymore. Now that they are sick of hearing all of that, they will take it out on Gary Nova. The record-breaking senior QB will throw for just under 150 yards and have two picks.

Leonte Carroo Will be Held to Just 40 Yards

After giving the Spartans some bulletin board material earlier this week, saying the secondary's "No Fly Zone" mantra was "cute" and that the Spartans are very beatable, he will get shut down. Carroo will find out that Trae Waynes is an All-American corner and will have no trouble limiting the wide out to 40 yards, or less.

Senior Day is always a bittersweet time for the fourth and fifth-year players on the team and Lippett is one of those guys. However, he will steal the show and rack up nearly 200 receiving yards and two touchdowns. What a Senior Day, indeed.

Let's be honest, Michigan State is a huge mismatch for the Scarlet Knights and the Spartans will have no problem scoring early and often and having the second-stringers finish out the game.
