Ranking College Football's Top 15 Uncommitted Prospects In 2015 Class

College Football recruiting is in full swing since the season recently ended, and many recruits in the 2015 class are making visits this weekend. It seems as good a time as any to look at the top uncommitted players left and where they might end up going. There are more defensive players on this list than offensive, but defense is what wins championships. Take a peek at my top 15 players who have yet to commit in the 2015 recruiting class.

15. Ryan Davis - WR

You might say Ryan Davis is undersized (5-foot-10, 161 pounds) for his position, but the St. Petersburg, FL native is one of the most skilled wide receivers in this class. He is currently visiting Auburn, but Davis is still considering a number of schools. He played mostly QB in his time at Lakewood High School and recorded 6,554 total passing yards during three years of play, however, he projects as a WR at the next level.

14. Osa Masina - OLB

This 6-foot-3, 231 pound OLB out of Salt Lake City, UT will be a great player for whoever lands him out West. Osa Masina is considering Arizona State, UCLA and USC, and he should come to a decision some time in the next few months. Masina had 97 total tackles in the 2014-15 season.

13. Chris Clark - TE

Chris Clark is just the type of player who can help change a program's fortunes. The TE out of Avon, CT has ideal size for his position at 6-foot-5 and 253 pounds, and he will either attend Michigan or UCLA. My money is on the Wolverines after they added one firecracker of a head coach in Jim Harbaugh.

12. Roquan Smith - OLB

Roquan Smith may not have size (6-foot, 203 pounds) that you love at OLB, but this kid has an absolute motor. He had 79 total tackles and five sacks in only six games during his Junior season at Macon County High School (Montezuma, GA), and Smith seems like a lock to join the Georgia Bulldogs. However, a last minute visit to Michigan could shake things up.

11. Daylon Mack - DT

This Gladewater, TX native is a four-star prospect according to most outlets, and it seems like Daylon Mack will stay in state for school. He is visiting Auburn and TCU in the coming weeks, but my money is on Texas A&M to secure the 6-foot, 322 pound defensive tackle.

10. Terry Beckner Jr. - DT

Terry Beckner Jr. has amazing size (6-foot-4, 298 pounds) for his position, and he would be a starting DT for most of the teams who offered him a scholarship. Upcoming visits to Ohio State and Missouri could be crucial for who lands him.

9. Rasheem Green - DE

Rasheem Green recorded 14 sacks in as many games during his Junior season, and he would be a great addition to any recruiting class. The 6-foot-4, 290 pound DE is considering Arizona State, Miami, Oregon and USC, but his visit to Southern California this weekend could make the ultimate difference. He was teammates with John Houston, who appears later on this list.

8. Isaiah Prince - OT

Isaiah Prince is down to three schools. Alabama will get a shot at him this weekend, and then Ohio State will have their chance next. The 6-foot-6, 270 pound Greenbelt, MD native is also considering Maryland.

DaMarkus Lodge is the top uncommitted wide receiver left in the 2015 class. His size (6-foot-2, 187 pounds) is not ideal, but he has world class speed and great hands that would help any program. Lodge is visiting Texas A&M this weekend, but I think the Cedar Hill, TX native will shock the world and join Mississippi after a visit next weekend.

6. John Houston - OLB

If you desire an OLB who can cause havoc in the backfield, then you want John Houston on your football team. This five-star prospect's game is built on power and consistency. He recorded more than 128 tackles in each of his three seasons at the Varsity level, and Houston would be a gift to whatever program lands him. He is currently visiting USC, and the Gardena, CA native would surprise many if he left the West Coast.

He easily has the coolest name in the 2015 College Football recruiting class, and you should see SoSo Jamabo stay in the state. The Plano, TX native is currently visiting Texas A&M, but he has a visit to Texas coming up as well. A Varsity athlete in basketball also, his body (6-foot-2, 201 pounds) is more suited for football.

4. Martez Ivey - OT

Martez Ivey is an Apopka, FL native still growing into his body. MaxPreps claims he is down to Florida and Auburn, but he also visited Florida State in December. My bet is that he will stay in state, and any of those programs would be happy to have his 6-foot-5, 271 pound frame on the blind side.

At 6-foot-2, 245 pounds, DE CeCe Jefferson would give any program a huge boost, and it seems like he is a lock to be in the SEC next season after visiting Alabama, LSU and Mississippi this fall. Jefferson is ranked as a five-star prospect according to most recruiting outlets.

2. Iman Marshall - CB

Iman Marshall is visiting Florida State this weekend, and the Seminoles seem like a front-runner to land the five-star CB out of Long Beach, CA. He recorded 79 solo tackles last season, but it is also impressive that Marshall was putting in work as a wide receiver and special teams return man. He would give Jimbo Fisher the most versatile young cornerback in College Football.

1. Bryon Cowart - DE

Bryon Cowart has been recruited by all of the top programs, and he is probably the best uncommitted player left. At 6-foot-3 and 252 pounds, Cowart has the size, speed and field awareness to dominate at the next level. He is set to visit Florida and Florida State in the coming weeks, but he could also commit to Alabama or Auburn.
