The No. 24 Wisconsin Badgers opened up their season against third ranked Alabama in Dallas two weeks ago, and failed to come away with a victory. Last week Wisconsin romped the Miami (OH) Redhawks 58-0 in a game that was dominated by the Badgers from start to finish. Starting running back Corey Clement did not play last week due to a groin injury, but he hopes to be back in the lineup this week against Troy.
Troy (1-1) opened its season against N.C. State in a 49-21 losing effort, before beating FCS opponent Charleston Southern 44-16. Starting quarterback Brandon Silvers looks to continue putting up solid numbers, completing more than 70 percent of his passes through the first two weeks.
This will not be an easy game for the Trojans. Going on the road to Camp Randall Stadium is no easy task; look for Wisconsin to run away with this game from the beginning.Whether Corey Clement is in the starting lineup or not, Wisconsin will establish a dominant running game, and will try to put the Trojans away early.
Prediction: Wisconsin 45, Troy 13
