TV Schedule: Saturday, Nov. 14, 3:30 p.m. ET, NBC
Stadium: Notre Dame Stadium
Line: Notre Dame (-27)
If it weren’t for a two-point loss against the Clemson Tigers, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish might be ranked No. 1 in the country right now. After all, Clemson came in at No. 1 in the first College Football Playoff rankings, and Notre Dame came in at No. 5.
Nonetheless, Notre Dame still has a very good shot at the playoff. The Fighting Irish have three games left. Two should be rather easy (Wake Forest and Boston College) and the other will basically be their conference title game, if you will.
Assuming Notre Dame still only has one loss on the season entering its last game, everything will be on the line against the Stanford Cardinal.

Of course, the Fighting Irish must take care of business against the Demon Deacons this weekend. Considering Wake Forest has six losses in 2015, this should be a tune-up game for the Fighting Irish. Keep in mind, the Demon Deacons have now lost three in a row, while Notre Dame is riding a four-game winning streak.
Let’s just put it this way: The Fighting Irish will still be a College Football Playoff contender entering Week 12. So if you are a Notre Dame fan, you can rest at ease this weekend knowing that your team is going to win by some big numbers. Meanwhile, don’t be surprised if the rest of the weekend provides some crazy times outside of this game.
PREDICTION: Demon Deacons 7, Fighting Irish 41
