TV Schedule: Saturday, Nov. 28, 3:30 p.m. ET, ESPNU
Stadium: Soldier Field
Line: Northwestern (-3.5)
This is it — this is the final game of the regular season for both squads. If the Illinois Fighting Illini don’t figure out a way to win this clash, this could be their last game of the entire season.
Illinois stands at 5-6 on the year and needs one more win to become bowl eligible. The same thing cannot be said about the Northwestern Wildcats. You know, because they already have nine Ws in 2015 and are looking to move up to a better bowl with their 10th win on the year.

Not only does Northwestern rock the ranking, but it also enters this Big 10 matchup with quite a bit of momentum, as it has won four games in a row. Just last game, the Wildcats knocked off the Wisconsin Badgers, just to add a little bit more to their momentum stew.
Illinois has lost back-to-back contests and has just two Big 10 wins in 2015. Northwestern enters this battle as the hotter (and better) team. What that will lead to is a 10-win season for the Wildcats and just a five-win campaign for the Fighting Illini, which means they will have to wait until the 2016 season before they can try to partake in bowl season once again.
PREDICTION: Wildcats 27, Fighting Illini 17
