Oftentimes spring games in college football are taken far too seriously and the play of the athletes on the field is all that matters.
Fortunately, Urban Meyer and his Ohio State Buckeyes made room for a very special individual to have the best day of his life during their spring game on Saturday.
All the feels. ???
This is Jacob Jarvis, a wheelchair-bound fan who Meyer and the rest of the Buckeyes consider to be a member of the team.
The honorary captain took the handoff from JT Barrett who re-entered the game for one final play to make this experience happen.

Just the level of both intensity and joy on Jarvis’ face made this all worthwhile for Ohio State.
What a great moment that all of those players – and Jarvis – will remember for the rest of their lives.
