Oakland Raiders face Mission Impossible?

The Oakland Raiders are set to kick off the NFL regular season today as they square off against the Tennessee Titans. This year there is a new sense of optimism in the Bay area. The Oakland Raiders acquired a legitimate starter quarterback when they traded for Jason Campbell. They had what many consider, a successful draft. They upgraded their defense as well. Last season the Oakland Raiders were horrible defensively against the run. Today they face the NFL’s leading rusher from last season, Tennessee Titans RB Chris Johnson in what some are calling, Mission Impossible. Yes, when you face Chris Johnson, you just hope to contain the big plays, he is threat to go the distance everytime he touches the ball. But this isn’t last years defense.
