Philadelphia Eagles should roll today

This week, against the Detroit Lions, the Philadelphia eagles should roll. The Lions will be starting QB Shaun Hill in place of injured QB Matthew Stafford and I fully expect that the Eagles will be serving up a healthy dose of defensive blitzes coming out of nearly every direction to confuse Hill. The Detroit Lions significantly upgraded their defensive line this past offseason with the acquisition of DE Kyle VandenBosch and then they drafted rookie DT Ndamukong Suh. However the Lions secondary is suspect, the Lions were juggling players in their defensive secondary right up until the final roster cutdowns. Lions safety, Louis Delmas did not practice on Friday with a groin injury, but reports out of Detroit claim that he will in fact play today. The Lions offense should be slowed with the...
