Hall of Famer George Blanda Passes Away at 83

There is breaking news reported by the Oakland Raiders that George Blanda, a Hall of Fame quarterback and kicker, has died at the age of 83. Blanda was a person of rare talent, spending 26 years in the NFL as a quarterback and kicker for 3 different teams. He spent 10 years with the Chicago Bears, before playing 7 years with the Houston Oilers, and finally finishing his career with another 9 years with the Oakland Raiders. You don’t see that everyday.
