Brian Hartline apologizes to Dolfans

“Sorry Dolfans!!! Hang with us. We’ll get it fixed…I promise that.” That was the tweet posted by the Miami Dolphins’ Brian Hartline at 1 a.m. following the drubbing by New England on Monday night. Have to say, pretty cool of Hartline to step up and say that after the ‘Fins lost in every aspect of the game. It wasn’t even his fault, but thinking of the fans so shortly after that loss let’s a fan know something. Some of these guys do care about who they’re playing for and who’s rooting for them to succeed. In a sports world full of guns-for-hire, it’s refreshing to see a player think of the fans who fill the seats and buy the jerseys and root with their heart and soul for the team.
