New York Giants Sign Shayne Graham, Place Victor Cruz on IR

The New York Giants have a relatively favorable matchup this weekend with a home game against the Detroit Lions, so lets see who will and won’t be suiting up this weekend. News broke Friday that K Lawrence Tynes suffered a sprained ankle at practice, but vowed he would be fine and would kick for the Giants on Sunday. Well that isn’t looking too good; the Giants signed free agent K Shayne Graham as an insurance policy Saturday. To make room for Graham, WR Victor Cruz was placed on IR. There are no signs that they placed Cruz on minor reserve, meaning they would have to release him once healthy.
