5 NFL Teams That Will Definitely Lose in Week 2
5 Teams Guaranteed to Lose Week 2
Week 1 in the NFL was surely a treat for football fans all-around. Most importantly, it’s just good to have football back in general. But we did see some amazing games to open up the season.
To kick off the season the Denver Broncos and Peyton Manning specifically put on a show that we might never forget by tossing seven touchdowns against the defending Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens. The Broncos made a big statement on Thursday night that they should be considered a legitimate Super Bowl contender.
What else did we learn from Week 1 action? Colin Kaepernick is more than just a read option quarterback as he stayed in the pocket and threw for 412 yards in a big win over the Green Bay Packers.
We also learned the value of Sean Payton as the New Orleans Saints looked very good in their win over the Atlanta Falcons.
Lastly, we finally saw Chip Kelly unleash his offense to the NFL world. The first half was one of the most exciting things you’ll see as they ran 53 plays. It died down a bit in the second half, but they held on for a win to spoil RGIII’s return for the Washington Redskins.
There are also some intriguing matchups in Week 2 that should bring excitement to the fans once again. Taking a look at the schedule, here are the five teams that I guarantee will lose in Week 2.

3. Cleveland Browns vs Baltimore Ravens
Again, I refuse to believe the defending champs will go 0-2 especially with the home crowd going crazy for their home opener. After watching Week 1 and seeing Brandon Weeden throw way more than he should, the refusal to give Trent Richardson the ball shows me the Browns will lose again this week.
1. San Diego Chargers vs Philadelphia Eagles
The Chargers have to travel to the east coast on a short week after playing on Monday night and losing a giant lead. They also have one less day to prepare for Chip Kelly’s high octane offense. The home crowd at Philly will help the Chargers fall to 0-2 this season.
