After a win against a tough Atlanta Falcons team, the New York Giants are now on a three-game win streak and have resurrected their season. The Giants are looking strong on both sides of the ball, and look like the dark horse to win the NFC East. Here are five takeaways from their Week 5 comeback win.

Andre Williams is the every-down back of the future for the Giants, which might be sooner rather than later. The rookie had his best game as a pro thus far in his young career, finishing with 83 total yards and a score, while starting running back Rashad Jennings left the game with an MCL sprain. Since Jennings is out indefinitely, Williams will have the opportunity to showcase his talent Sunday night against the Philadelphia Eagles.

With injuries piling up, Jacquian Williams has been the bright spot for the Giants' front seven. He has gotten better and better each game, finishing his most recent outing with 14 tackles. It may be a little early to call him the real deal, but he has helped Giants fans cope with the injury of linebacker Jon Beason. Williams has the speed to be a successful linebacker in this league, and will continue to turn heads on a game-by-game basis.

Besides Victor Cruz and his famous salsa dance, the rest of the Giants receiving core is unknown to most NFL fans. This season, the Giants receivers are showing that not only should they be known, but they should be feared. Ruben Randle and Larry Donnell have emerged as viable options for Eli Manning, and first-round pick Odell Beckham has finally returned from injury. This may not be the most proven core, but the talent is unquestionable.

2. Passing Defense Could Be New York’s Achilles Heel

The Giants currently lead the NFL in interceptions thus far, but their passing defense isn’t the turnover machine it seems to be. The secondary is 25th in passing yards allowed per game and allow teams to walk down the field to set up easy scores. Going for gold with interceptions makes the Giants prone to giving up big gains, allowing five plays over 40+ yards in just five games. The Giants could find themselves in trouble if they don't improve.

After the first two weeks, Giants fans were giving up on Manning and calling for Ben McAdoo’s head. After three straight games of scoring at least 30 points, McAdoo has the Giants looking like a force on offense. Manning is finally starting to look like the Manning of old, throwing only one interception during the team’s three game win streak. The offensive coordinator’s scheme of quick passing with a steady run game is finally paying dividends.
