Wide receiver Michael Floyd is the Chargers' leading receiver in yards at the moment and should pose a tough challenge for veteran cornerback Sean Smith, who's still trying to prove he's worth the money the Chiefs paid to land him in free agency a couple of years ago. Smith currently has one interception and seven pass deflections so far this season, while Floyd has 17 receptions for 362 yards and three touchdowns.

Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers may have a tough time against the Chiefs and their seventh ranked pass defense. The one thing that may help him is that he spreads the ball around well.

Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles is actually having a bit of a down year after missing some time due to an ankle injury.
