This Thursday, the Buckeye State will divide itself into factions as the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals face off on the gridiron. Here are five bold predictions for the game.

After an abysmal performance against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Browns running back Ben Tate will have an easier time against Cincinnati’s front seven, who have produced the worst rush defense in the league through nine weeks.

4. Both Brian Hoyer and Andy Dalton will Throw at Least as Many Interceptions as TDs

After some early-season success, both teams’ quarterbacks have struggled in recent weeks. Hoyer has thrown as many interceptions as touchdowns in the past three weeks after putting up a TD-INT ratio of 7:1 over his first six games, while Dalton threw two picks last week against the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars.

3. Jeremy Hill will Total Fewer Than 40 Rushing Yards

Bengals running back Jeremy Hill had a coming out party last week, totaling 154 yards and two touchdowns. However, Hill averaged fewer than four yards per carry over the previous four weeks, so his performance last week is likely to prove to be a fluke.

Cleveland has been great at keeping games close all season, and the tilt versus Cincy will be the same. The Browns beat the New Orleans Saints by two in Week 2 and lost to the Baltimore Ravens by two the following week, so they should be able to keep pace with the Bengals throughout regulation.

While the Browns will keep this game interesting, the better team will ultimately prevail. With star wideout A.J. Green likely to be at full speed again this week, the Bengals’ talent will allow them to beat their in-state rivals during overtime.
