The Philadelphia Eagles went on the road and lost to the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. While the Packers are red-hot, this was not the same Eagles team we have seen in recent weeks. Still, at 7-3, the Eagles have to move on and get ready for the rest of the season. Here are five takeaways from the Eagles' Week 11 loss.

For the third straight week, Jordan Matthews balled out. As a big daily fantasy sports player, I drafted Matthews in all of my leagues and the main reason why is because Mark Sanchez and Matthews took second-team snaps all preseason. There is clear chemistry there. Matthews is a special player and he will only get better going forward.

As expected, Aaron Rodgers and the Packers absolutely decimated this Eagles' pass defense. Brandon Boykin and Bradley Fletcher could not stop Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb, and Rodgers made them pay for it. Although the Packers are red-hot, the Eagles needed to stop them at least once, and they didn't do that.

The fact that the Packers scored 17 points in the first quarter should tell the story of how this game went. The Packers scored early and often, and they were up by 24 at halftime. The Packers don't lose at Lambeau and they made it clear in Week 11 in their blowout victory over the Eagles.

Not many teams, if any, can go up north and beat the Packers on their home field. Although the Eagles were playing some of their best football, their offense couldn't compete in the cold weather and that's a big problem going forward. If the Eagles can't score in the cold, it won't be good news for the playoffs.

Although Mark Sanchez did not look good last week, it should be noted that he was at home and playing against a bad Carolina Panthers team. Another thing is that the Eagles had two non-offensive touchdowns last week. This week, however, Sanchez looked like his old self by turning the ball over and missing open receivers. Eagles fans have to wonder if Sanchez is the best option going forward.
