After failing to catch what would have been a TD due to a drop via pass interference in the fourth quarter, the Pats’ TE was flagged for unnecessary roughness and taunting on the next play. Frustration/testosterone definitely played a part in the penalties.

But Gronk would channel his frustration on the following drive as he kicked it into high gear on this ridiculous 26-yard TD to put an exclamation on the Patriots’ win over the Colts.
With Rob Gronkowski playing some of the best football of his career, the Patriots are a legitimate Super Bowl threat in the AFC. They’re in the driver’s seat for home-field advantage at 8-2, and now have a little extra breathing room following Denver’s surprising loss to St. Louis.
