Week 12 Matchup: Arizona Cardinals (9-1) vs. Seattle Seahawks (6-4)
TV Schedule: Sunday, Nov. 23, 4:05 p.m. ET, FOX
Stadium: CenturyLink Field
Line: Seattle (-6)
It is amazing to think that the Seattle Seahawks get the line against the Arizona Cardinals. After all, Arizona has the best record in the NFL and has not lost a game since Week 5. With that said, Seattle did win a Super Bowl last year, and will be playing this one at home.
The Cardinals have now won six games in a row. No, that streak is not a fluke. Who knows if they will win the Super Bowl this year, but they have beaten quality teams on the season, like the Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys and many others. For what it’s worth, Arizona is at the top of the NFC West as well.
Seattle is not having as good of a season as many people probably predicted. I am sure not many people expected this team to have four losses in its first 10. The Seahawks are coming off a loss against the Kansas City Chiefs. However, that contest was played on the road for them. Before that loss, Seattle won three straight games.
Although many people are going to be pulling for the defending champs in this one, it is hard to go against a team that has only lost one game this late in the season. Who knows if it will actually happen, but I am going with the red-hot Cardinals for this Week 12 matchup. If they do actually pick up the win, Seattle may be in some serious trouble.
PREDICTION: Cardinals 21, Seahawks 20
