The Detroit Lions concluded their regular season with a 30-20 loss to Green Bay. The loss gave Detroit an 11-5 record, and like 2011, the Lions only defeated one team that had a winning record. Here are the complete game grades for Detroit's units in their Week 17 loss.

The running back didn't come up big when it mattered most. Reggie Bush gained just 41all-purpose yards and Joique Bell had a crucial fumble to begin the fourth quarter.

Detroit's offensive line broke down late yesterday, but didn't have a completely terrible performance. The line allowed Detroit to rush for 4.9 yards per carry, but an intentional grounding penalty from a busted assignment gave the Packers a crucial two points.

Green Bay was tougher than Detroit's front four on their way to the only 100-yard rushing day of the season. On the pass rush, Detroit recorded just one knockdown and recorded zero sacks. The closest the Lions got to Rodgers was when Ndamukong Suh stomped on him in the fourth quarter.

Grade: D

Linebackers

DeAndre Levy and Tahir Whitehead both posted solid numbers, but they were the only two linebackers that recorded a tackle yesterday. The strong-side linebacker position has been a problem all season, and it showed as Lacy dominated Detroit's front seven.

Detroit gave up just 226 yards to Aaron Rodgers, but were never close to intercepting him and never pressured Green Bay's receivers enough. Glover Quin made eight tackles and James Ihedigbo forced a fumble, but he was benched in the third quarter in favor of Isa Abdul-Quddus.

The return units played better than they normally did all season, but the coverage units again failed the Lions. After a successful goal-line stand, Detroit's special teams gave up a punt return touchdown to Micah Hyde, giving the Packers a lead they would never relinquish.
