The Jacksonville Jaguars finished 2015 with a record of 5-11 that included three straight losses to end the season. While the offense displayed tremendous growth, the defense is in need of a major overhaul after allowing the second-most points per game in the NFL . With that in mind, here are five players the Jaguars should target in free agency.
5. Janoris Jenkins, CB
Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports
The Jaguars have a solid pair of corners in Davon House and Aaron Colvin, but they would prefer to play Colvin at nickelback full-time where he is more effective. Jenkins is coming off a breakout year and has 10 career interceptions.

4. Bruce Irvin, OLB

The outside linebacker could be the latest Seahawks player to join head coach Gus Bradley in Jacksonville. He has 22 sacks in four seasons and has been asked to drop into coverage more than rush the passer in Seattle's defense. The Jaguars could decide to use him in a similar role, or put him at the LEO and allow him to rush the passer exclusively.

3. Eric Berry, FS

The Jaguars have been unable to find a competent free safety who fits their defensive scheme. Berry has one of the more inspirational stories in all of football. The 27-year-old was named to his fourth Pro Bowl this season, just over a year after he was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma.

2. Alex Mack, C
Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports
Stefan Wisniewski was solid for the Jaguars in 2015, but the organization has long had their eye on Mack. If the former All-Pro center decides to opt out of his contract with the Cleveland Browns, expect the Jaguars to sign him to a long-term contract.

1. Von Miller, OLB
Chris Humphreys-USA TODAY Sports
The Jaguars desperately need to find someone who can rush the passer, and Miller is the most accomplished name on the market. He has 60 sacks in five seasons. It's unlikely the Broncos let Miller get away, but if he does the Jaguars should do everything in their power to lure him to Jacksonville.
