The Pittsburgh Steelers entered Sunday’s AFC Divisional Round game against the Denver Broncos without their leading receiver and leading rusher as Antonio Brown was out with a concussion and DeAngelo Williams with a foot injury. Despite missing so much firepower, the Steelers put up a valiant effort before eventually losing 23-16. If these five players would’ve had more of an impact, maybe the Steelers would still be playing.

The Steelers were expecting big things from Thomas in 2015 as he was supposed to be the starter at safety opposite of Mike Mitchell. Instead, he got outplayed by 33-year-old Will Allen and lost his starting job in the preseason.

After an impressive 2014 season out of nowhere, Blake regressed mightily in 2015 as Pro Football Focus had him ranked as one of the worst cornerbacks in the entire league. His deficiencies were a big factor in the Steelers' struggling pass defense all season long.

Jones continues to prove himself as a first-round bust. The Steelers selected him with the 17th overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, and Jones has posted 87 total tackles and five sacks in three seasons combined. If he can't figure things out next season, he could find himself without a job.

Dupree was the Steelers' 2015 first-round draft pick, but he played like anything but that. The rookie only recorded 26 total tackles and four sacks and has a long way to go to validate the Steelers' decision to take a chance on him.

After such a brilliant 2014 season, big things were expected out of Bryant coming into 2015. Instead, the Steelers' deep threat only caught 50 of his 92 targets for 765 yards and six touchdowns. He even had to be given some tough love towards the end of the season as he was told to toughen up by his coaches and teammates.
