5. WR Greg Jennings

We are well past Jennings' peak with the Green Bay Packers, but the Dolphins surely expected more than they got in 2015 (19 receptions for 208 yards in 16 games). Halfway through a two-year deal, Miami may cut the veteran receiver this offseason.

4. RB Lamar Miller

Miller's disappointing 2015 was not entirely his fault, as he had 19 or more carries in just three of 16 games and was again inexplicably underused. He is set to become a free agent this offseason, so Miller seems highly unlikely to return to the Dolphins.

3. WR Kenny Stills

The Dolphins sent a third-round pick and linebacker Dannell Ellerbe to the New Orleans Saints for Stills last offseason, and though he averaged 16.3 yards per catch he did not deliver volume (27 receptions for 440 yards). Quarterback Ryan Tannehill's shortcomings as a deep ball thrower were a big factor, but Stills' first season in Miami still goes down as a disappointment.

2. TE Jordan Cameron

Cameron played all 16 games for the first time in his career, but his role disappeared as the season went on. He finished with just 35 receptions for 386 yards and three touchdowns. With a $9.5 million salary cap hit for 2016, Cameron might be one-and-done with the Dolphins.

1. QB Ryan Tannehill

Tannehill finished the 2015 season with back-to-back 300-plus yard passing games and his season-long numbers looked good, but a deeper look shows a lack of progress highlighted by taking too many sacks (45 this season). New head coach Adam Gase has worked with a wide spectrum of quarterbacks with success, and his primary order of business in Miami is figuring out a way to get the best out of Tannehill.
