The Tennessee Titans finished with the worst record in football, despite boasting one of the most exciting up-and-coming quarterbacks in the NFL . The good news for the Titans is that they possess some star-potential players at key positions, including Marcus Mariota at quarterback, Delanie Walker at tight end and Jurrell Casey at defensive end. The bad news is that Tennessee has holes practically everywhere else that must be addressed in the 2016 NFL Draft .
Here is the seven-round mock for the Titans, pre-2016 NFL Combine edition.
Round 1, Pick 1 Laremy Tunsil – OT, Ole Miss
Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports
The best player in the 2016 draft and a clear need for the Titans, Tunsil would be able to make an impact immediately.

Round 2, Pick 33 Derrick Henry – RB, Alabama
Butch Dill-USA TODAY Sports
Personally, I feel like this is too early for a running back in the NFL draft. However, Henry has been consistently great throughout his collegiate career, and he is better than anybody the Titans already have at the RB position.

Round 3, Pick 64 Xavien Howard – CB, Baylor
Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports
At 6-foot-1 and 200 pounds, Howard could be a great addition to a struggling Titans secondary.

Round 4, Pick 101 Kevin Byard – SS, Middle Tennessee
Peter Casey-USA TODAY Sports
The Titans desperately need a safety, and there happens to be an extremely talented one nearby. Familiar with the area and guaranteed to be a fan favorite, you might as well pencil in this pick right now.

Round 5, Pick 140 Will Fuller – WR, Notre Dame
Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports
Several mock drafts have the Notre Dame star as a late fourth, early-fifth round selection, which I doubt will actually happen. However, the Titans could use a deep, big-play threat like Fuller in the offense and will pick him if available here.

Round 6, Pick 180 Demarcus Ayers – WR, Houston
Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports
Assuming Tennessee goes for a big play, down-the-field receiving threat earlier in the draft, a big play threat from the short passing game like Ayers would be perfect for Marcus Mariota and this offense.

Round 6, Pick 196 Taylor Fallin – OT, Memphis
Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports
With the Titans seemingly possessing a horrible offensive line year-in and year-out, they must protect Marcus Mariota. Fallin, at 6-foot-6 and 335 pounds, helped protect a successful quarterback in Paxton Lynch at Memphis.
