After yet another season in which they missed the playoffs, it’s back to the drawing board for the Buffalo Bills . Despite taking a step back in Rex Ryan ’s first season, the Bills may only be a few key players away from being a playoff team, and the best place to get those players will be the 2016 NFL Draft . Mario Williams may not return next season, so the Bills need to add an impact player on the defensive line. Nkemdiche fits the bill, as his athleticism is unreal, and he can play multiple positions along the defensive line.

Linebacker isn't Buffalo's biggest need, but Rex Ryan is always looking to improve his defense. Perry may be a meaningful upgrade over Nigel Bradham and the aging Manny Lawson.

Round 3, 80th Overall - Jerald Hawkins, Offensive Tackle, LSU

The Bills have to do something to improve at right tackle, so they can't let Day 2 end without drafting O-line help. Hawkins is young and a bit raw, but he's a good athlete with a high upside, giving him a chance to grow into a starting role.

Mitchell has been held back by injuries, but when healthy his athleticism is impressive and his upside is high. Buffalo needs a better complement to Sammy Watkins, and in Round 4, Mitchell is a potential steal, as he could be a No. 2 receiver.

The Bills need someone who can unseat E.J. Manuel from the backup spot, and that could be Brissett. He has size, arm strength and mobility, which could be enough to make Brissett a viable backup quarterback in the NFL.
