If it seems like they’ve been rebuilding for a while, it’s because they have been. The Cleveland Browns enter another NFL Draft in which they’ll be picking early. It hasn’t mattered much to this point. They don’t have many areas that aren’t a concern, but here are five major needs.
5. Wide Receiver
Scott Galvin-USA TODAY Sports
This team is in desperate need of an offensive overhaul. I'm not sure it matters who's under center if they don't get better weapons. One of their best targets is still learning the receiver position because he's been a quarterback most of his life.

4. Outside Linebacker

This team is in desperate need of generating a consistent pass rush from the outside linebacker position. Everybody in their division can pass. They have to cover better downfield. They have to get a better rush because guys can't cover all day.

3. Inside Linebacker

Stopping the pass isn't the only concern. They need to stop the run consistently as well, so they'll make sure to pay close attention to the inside linebacker position in an attempt to prevent getting punched in the mouth by the running game.

2. Cornerback

Joe Haden can definitely be considered a bright spot. As a result, teams just throw to the opposite side which foils the Browns. Finding a talented compliment to put on the other side of the field would be a nice idea.

1. Quarterback
John Rieger-USA TODAY Sports
Hopefully Johnny Manziel will be okay, but it's hard to understand why everybody couldn't see he wasn't ready. Maturity issues were obvious, and now Cleveland is quarterback shopping again.
