The Philadelphia Eagles won 10 games in 2013 and 2014, but regressed to only seven in 2015. The poor results, along with some player clashes with head coach Chip Kelly, led team owner Jeffrey Lurie to fire Kelly and replace him with Doug Pederson. Pederson will now be looking to overhaul a roster with players that fit his system which is going to be a process that likely starts with the 2016 NFL Draft.
5. Wide Receiver
Getty ImagesJordan Matthews had a decent season, but he did struggle with drops at times. Rookie Nelson Agholor was expected to take the starting job opposite of Matthews, but he only put up 23 catches for 283 yards. The group needs help.
4. Cornerback
Getty ImagesRookie Eric Rowe played much better towards the end of the season and Byron Maxwell will likely keep his starting job, but Nolan Carroll and E.J. Biggers are both free agents which makes adding depth a priority.
3. Right Guard
Getty ImagesAccording to Pro Football Focus, Matt Tobin was the worst offensive lineman for the Eagles last season. Adding an upgrade through the draft would be the way to go for the Eagles.
2. Safety
Getty ImagesMalcolm Jenkins is entrenched as the starter at strong safety, but Walter Thurmond is a free agent and he was the starting free safety towards the end of last season. The Eagles need to find his successor in the draft.
1. Quarterback
Getty ImagesStarter Sam Bradford is a free agent which leaves Mark Sanchez and McLeod Bethel-Thompson as the only quarterbacks currently under contract. Word is that Pederson likes free agent Chase Daniel, but drafting a quarterback would be beneficial.
