Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel hasn’t appeared on Twitter since January 2. In that time, he was pulled over for having expired plates on his car, spent a weekend in Las Vegas going by the alias of ‘Billy’ instead of attending his team’s final game against Pittsburgh and allegedly struck his girlfriend so hard that he ruptured her eardrum.
On Monday, Manziel made his triumphant return to social media by retweeting a tweet from Charlie Sheen that was meant as encouragement to get his life back on track.
@JManziel2
it’s time 2 refocus
all of your energy
on health & Football!
it’s never 2 late
2 get a fresh start!

While I’m sure Sheen appreciated the recognition, a retweet isn’t exactly what the public is looking for at the moment. Manziel needs to show his face, admit his wrongdoings and face the music. He’s an alcoholic who is allegedly into drugs and needs to get himself help before someone else gets hurt.
