Brandon Boykin had a very quiet season with the Pittsburgh Steelers, earning only one start. His coverage is good, but he hasn’t made many plays with his hands nor can he stop the run.

Having played every game, Courtney Upshaw’s number of starts went up each season with the Baltimore Ravens. He’s slowly improving, but needs to be more productive as a pass rusher.

Injuries have prevented Russell Okung from playing a full 16-game season in his four years in the league with the Seattle Seahawks. If a team can look past his injuries, it will pick up a great tackle.

Stefen Wisniewski’s 2.5 sacks allowed are the most he's given up in a single season in his career. Yet, it is better than most centers. Despite having shoulder surgery last year before joining the Jacksonville Jaguars, he proved he’s still one of the best interior blockers right now.

Patrick Robinson still has room to grow as a cornerback, but he made improvements during the season. He started seven of the last eight games for the San Diego Chargers in 2015.

Anquan Boldin’s numbers have slipped the past couple of years with the San Francisco 49ers. However, he can still provide any quarterback with a super reliable target.

No one doubts Greg Hardy’s ability as a defender. He finished with double-digit sacks with the Carolina Panthers before having to step away from football in 2014 prior to joining the Dallas Cowboys. With his domestic violence charges and suspension behind him, there should be fewer, or no distractions.

Nick Fairley is looking for a fresh start after a forgettable season with the St. Louis Rams. If he finds himself a defense he can fit into, he could return to his 2013 form when he registered six sacks.

A majority of Leon Hall’s 26 interceptions with the Cincinnati Bengals came within the first four years of his career. His best years may be behind him, but he can still keep up with a lot of wideouts.

5. Donald Penn, Tackle, 33

Donald Penn was a big part in helping Derek Carr and the Oakland Raiders offense make a big jump in 2015. Any quarterback in the NFL will benefit from playing behind him.

4. Manny Ramirez, Center, 33

Manny Ramirez is the fourth-highest rated center on Pro Football Focus. Although his run-blocking needs improvement, he is one of the best pass-blockers in the NFL and served well for the Detroit Lions.

Brandon Marshall has a lot of upside and has plenty to offer any defense. He’s young and one of the best run-stopping linebackers today. He was one of many key players who helped the Denver Broncos capture a Super Bowl title.

Reggie Nelson will turn 33 early in the regular season. Though his age isn’t ideal, he didn’t snag eight picks on accident while helping the Cincinnati Bengals dominate defensively. He will serve as a key safety in the right system.

Even at 34, Evan Mathis is still one of the most viable pass-blockers today. He allowed 3.5 sacks in 12 starts with the Denver Broncos and has surrendered just nine sacks in the last four years.
