Earlier this week, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was a guest on actor/comedian Pete Holmes‘ ‘You Made It Weird’ podcast, and the two touched on a number of things relating to Rodgers’ personal life.
You would think his feelings on emerging from the shadow of Brett Favre, and his relationship with starlet Olivia Munn would be the most interesting storylines in any discussion with Rodgers, right?
Wrong.

The most enthralling part of Rodgers’ spot was when he detailed an experience he had with UFO’s in New Jersey with former University of California teammate Steve Levy leading up to the 2005 NFL Draft.
It was a large orange, left-to-right-moving object,” Rodgers recalled, as transcribed by the Milwaukee Record. “Because of the overcast nature of the night and the snow, you couldn’t make out—it was kind of behind the clouds we were seeing, but it was definitively large, moving from left to right. It was me, Steve [Levy], and his brother that saw it. And it goes out of sight and we look at each other and go “What in the (expletive) was that?”
Rodgers subsequently spoke about hearing “fighter jets” shortly after the visual ordeal and alarms at a nearby nuclear facility just prior.
Rodgers’ accounts live up to claims others have made in New Jersey throughout the years, leading many to wonder if alien aircraft are attracted to nuclear power plants.
Rodgers’ experience took place 11 years ago, and he still holds firm about what he saw. Perhaps there’s a perfectly legitimate explanation for what he witnessed that has nothing to do with extraterrestrial life. But for now, all we know is the truth is out there and has yet to be identified.
