In a surprising and rare move, especially just over a week before the draft, the Carolina Panthers have rescinded their franchise tag on cornerback Josh Norman. Now a guy some consider the best cornerback in the NFL is an unrestricted free agent, and the market for his services should be robust.
Here are five potential, or even likely, landing spots for Norman.
5. San Francisco 49ers

4. Chicago Bears

3. Los Angeles Rams

Norman should be on their radar, and signing him would be another splash move to go along with last week's trade up for the No. 1 pick in the draft.
